Practice Times 

Practice times below are subject to change slightly depending upon the number of swimmers in each group.

Practices run Monday - Thursday with Fun Fridays on Friday. 

Morning Practices

(may be updated based on number of swimmers in each group): 

13-18s: 8:00 - 9:00 am 

11/12s: 9:00 - 10:00 am

9/10s: 9:00 - 10:00 am 

7/8s: 10:00 - 10:45 am 

Wee Wahoos: 10:00 - 10:30 am 

FUN FRIDAY MORNING PRACTICES 

Fun Friday is a bonding event for swimmers and coaches where they play games, enjoy snacks, and receive race ribbons! It offers a break from practice, allowing kids to socialize, have fun together, and release energy.

9:15-10am: 13+

10-10:45am: 12 and under

Tuesdays (except one Monday)

5/28 Breaststroke

6/4 Kick (legal breast and fly kicks)

6/11 Dives/Relay Dives

6/18 Flips/Turns + Advanced Turns

6/24 (Monday) Backstroke or Butterfly

Clinics are $5 per swimmer or $15 per family max
